JUMPERS HIT IT; With much consternation, discussion, and weighing the pros and cons RCPT-USA is sorry to say it just isn’t in the best interests of our jumpers and their families to continue with plans to hold Operation Sandsnake IV.
With current global and national emergency situations the risks just outweigh any benefit of holding the OSSIV as scheduled. As stated in previous announcements, this is an evolving situation and contingencies have not been ironed out but the BOD for RCPT-USA feels that to delay this decision further, just places increased burdens on our members.
RCPT-USA regrets any inconvenience experience by those who were continuing to plan on attending and hopes you understand the position we are in during this pandemic. RCPT-USA is working on rescheduling some sort of event in the future, so we do not lose our entire investment in OSSIV. The announcement of any rescheduled event is pending and we will let you know as soon as we have something locked in.
Thank you, stay safe and healthy,
Airborne All The Way!
